CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aspen Dental Management, Inc. today announced an agreement with 3Shape that will bring transformative technology to patients and practitioners across the country, accelerating the digital transformation across nearly 900 Aspen Dental locations nationwide.
The deal includes a full suite of 3Shape hardware, software, and service solutions: the award-winning TRIOS 4 intraoral scanner; 3Shape Dental System software, the industry-leading CAD-CAM restorative solution; and a suite of apps that will enhance the patient experience. The distribution and implementation of the full 3Shape TRIOS suite to Aspen Dental practices will be managed by Henry Schein Dental, the dental division of Henry Schein, Inc.

3Shape’s TRIOS intraoral scanner has received the Cellerant Best of Class Award for intraoral scanners an unprecedented eight years in a row. Together with 3Shape’s suite of software solutions, the TRIOS intraoral scanner will provide Aspen Dental practices and in-house laboratories with seamless and predictable digital workflows, for everything from crowns and dentures to implants. Aspen Dental practices and labs will also benefit from the growing 3Shape ecosystem of integrated treatment solutions, partners, and manufacturing solutions.
